Her work delves into the modern preoccupation with promoting environmental consciousness and her ambition to utilize art to advance gender equality, women’s rights, and cross-cultural understanding. She is an interdisciplinary artist, seamlessly combining theory, visual art, surface design, and traditional arts and culture. Jelina focuses on integrating Textile/Fiber sculptural wearable art and surface design, experimenting with sustainable and recyclable materials.
